Biography

Dr. Ethel Namaliya is the operations Director at Partners in Hope, Leading Procurement, Human Resources, Transport, Administration, and IT. She has over 20 years of Executive and Program Management Experience, including leadership roles with the Malawi Red Cross Society a member of the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) and as Program Officer in Kenya under the Tropical Institute of Community Health (TICH). Dr Namaliya coordinated ten Southern African Red Cross-National Societies Coordinators in Implementing a Regional HIV/AIDS programs and has represented organizations at national, regional and global forums.

• Master’s in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK
• Master’s in Community Health Development from Great Lakes University, Kenya, in collaboration with TICH
