The Lilongwe Catholic Health Commission (LCHC), or LLCHC, is the social and health arm of the Catholic Archdiocese of Lilongwe, focused on providing accessible, quality, and affordable health services in seven districts: Lilongwe, Kasungu, Dowa, Ntchisi, Nkhotakota, Salima, and Mchinji. It acts as a faith-based NGO delivering care in rural and urban areas, often in coordination with the Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM).
